Monitored Profiles is the watchlist of employee identities. AlienGate checks each one against breach records and the dark web, and groups people into alert groups.
To add people, click Add Profile. Type one or more email addresses, separated by commas, or import a CSV file, and choose their alert group.
Then click Add Profiles. Each new identity is checked straight away.
The banner shows company emails that were found in leaks but are not on your watchlist yet. Review them and add them in one step.
Alert groups decide who hears about what. Click Manage on the Alert Groups card.
Each group has its members and a leader. On the Alert emails tab you choose who receives emails, which events trigger them, and the minimum severity.
Save your changes. From now on, a leak for anyone in this group sends an email to exactly these people.
