In this video, you will review a vulnerability, hand it to your team in the Issue Tracker, and close it once the fix is in place.
Global Vulnerabilities lists every finding across all your assets, most severe first. You can filter by scan, status and risk, or search.
Open a finding with View Details. Here, a reflected cross-site scripting issue in the search form.
The details show what was found, the evidence the scanner collected, why it matters, and the recommended fix.
To assign it to someone, click Move to Issue Tracker. A tracked card is created for it.
Now open Actions and Intel, then Issue Tracker. Every card moves through the lanes: Overall Findings, Acknowledge, In Progress, Fixed, or Won’t Fix.
Open the card. It shows the status, who it is assigned to, and remediation steps. You can also ask AlienGate AI to write the steps for you.
Tick each step as your team completes it.
When the fix is deployed, drag the card to Fixed.
Marking a card fixed is your statement. To prove it, run the same scan type on the same target again. If the issue is gone, the finding is closed automatically and the card is marked Verified by retest.
FixTrail, under Actions and Intel, shows the whole history per asset: when each issue was found, tracked, fixed and verified. It is the record you show to auditors.
