Which IP addresses do AlienGate scans come from?

For an AlienGate vulnerability scan to finish without obstruction, allow our scanner addresses on your firewall, WAF or access rules **before** you start the scan.

Some firewalls let a scan begin and then block our scanners mid-scan because of the tests being performed, such as SQL injection or XSS payloads. The result is an incomplete and unreliable report.

## When you must whitelist

Allow the scanner addresses if you see any of these:

- You get a **"Website / URL is not accessible"** error when starting a scan, but your site is not down.
- A **port scan finds no open ports**.
- A scan **stops unexpectedly** before it has finished every test.

Our scanning servers use a fixed set of addresses, and we add new ones from time to time. Re-check this page or the text file when a scan behaves unexpectedly.

## Geolocation rules

If you restrict traffic by country, note that our scanners run from **Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom**. Allow traffic from all three, or the tests that happen to run from a blocked location will fail.

AlienGate の脆弱性スキャンを妨げられずに完了させるには、スキャンを**開始する前に**、ファイアウォール・WAF・アクセス制御でスキャナーのアドレスを許可してください。

一部のファイアウォールはスキャンの開始は許可しても、SQL インジェクションや XSS のペイロードなど実施されるテストの内容によって、スキャンの途中でスキャナーをブロックします。その場合、レポートは不完全で信頼できないものになります。

## 許可が必要なケース

次のいずれかに当てはまる場合は、スキャナーのアドレスを許可してください。

- サイトは停止していないのに、スキャン開始時に **「Website / URL is not accessible」** エラーが表示される。
- **ポートスキャンで開いているポートが1つも見つからない**。
- すべてのテストが終わる前に**スキャンが予期せず停止する**。

スキャンサーバーは固定のアドレス群を使用しており、随時追加されます。スキャンの挙動がおかしいときは、このページまたはテキストファイルを再確認してください。

## 地域制限について

国単位で通信を制限している場合、スキャナーは**ドイツ・イタリア・英国**から実行される点にご注意ください。3か国すべてを許可しないと、ブロックされた拠点から実行されるテストが失敗します。
